From Gavin: Every day it seems, we read about more bad news coming from Sacramento.

We read about cuts to schools, cuts to colleges and universities, cuts to health care, cuts to transportation projects, cuts and more cuts. But what we don’t see is any sustained attempt to cut out the politics and replace it with the kind of bold and honest leadership we need in Sacramento at this moment of crisis.<br />
That’s why I am inviting you to join me on Tuesday, March 17 at 7:00pm at Santa Monica High School for a conversation about California's future.

You can RSVP by calling (415) 516-1252. (or email RSVP@gavinnewsom.com)

I believe we can – and must – demand that our state government start working a whole lot better for us. It’s time we put politics aside to find the best policies for Californians. And that means talking together as Californians about the kind of leadership we need to make change in Sacramento.

Please join us on Tuesday, March 17 as we talk about how to solve California’s most crucial challenges, and how we can all participate in the struggle to get California back on track.
